Description
Access alley road is heavily rutted and damaged. Ruts run up to 6 inches deep in areas, with underground cabling and drainage exposed. Cars driving over this section of road are rocked heavily. Ground is loose in this area, and rain washes the gravel into the Richmond owned park, and into private property.
