Description

Citizens sat out items for bulk pickup. Homeless and vagrants came along and now the items are strewn from 1 end of the alley to the next. The trash truck will not be able to to get down the alley way . Please assist. This is the alleyway in the 200 block of E 30th between Hull and Lawson
