Description

I requested a new tree be planted and this request was completed last May (DPW000087437). The tree looked about half dead last year when planted. I was hoping that maybe after the fall/winter season when it came back it would be full and healthy, but that does not seem to be the case as most (~50%) of the tree still seems dead. At the time I had also requested an American Elm, which I do not think this tree is. Can someone come take a look at this tree and replace if necessary? Thank you.
