Description
Drivers trying to cut off the light at Laburnum and Hermitage race down Lanvale onto Wilmington, racing through the stop sign. We NEED speed bumps. So many little kids on this block. This a great time to install them as the roads appear to be getting paved here very soon. I put in a request 2 years ago and its only gotten worse. Many neighbors have put in requests and there are already bumps on Lanvale further down. RPS buses race through this stop to get to Rich. Tech CNTR. Please help! TY
