Description
Two very large tree limbs fell today from a mature city tree in the median bordering my property on the side along Noble Avenue. The limbs are lying above the sidewalk across utility lines, and onto my property. They are supported and suspended by vines, and by a mature holly tree on my property, from falling further onto the sidewalk. The tree fall occurred following a heavy rainstorm this afternoon. The limbs would cause serious or fatal injury if they fell onto a person or animal.
