Description
On June 15, 2023, I requested that a dead tree be removed. The tree is on the Richmond City property. (DPW000144386). I included pictures of the dead tree I was concerned about. It has not been addressed. Today, the tree fell and damaged our shed, and fence, and is laying in the yard. Please see the images. I have also included the image of the tree I sent you on June 15, 2023, to show before and after. Thank you!

- System · July 17, 2023Caller is calling back to check status of her 2 requests....need to discuss a request for a COR tree that is dead; Caller had called before in reference to the concern of the tree who she thinks is a COR tree recently that tree fell and it smashed the overhang on the back of the shed. Caller states she keyed the 2nd request because she didn't know how to do a follow up on the 1st request.
