Description

Cover for electrical hand hole is collapsed. I submitted this previously and it was marked as complete by saying the damage could not be located. This is at the south west corder of the intersection of Arthur Ashe Blvd amd Ellwood.

    This location has been inspected on 7/20/2023. This request does not have any damage at the stated location. The City of Richmond sidewalk maintenance program only repairs and install existing sidewalk. Any other issue with the sidewalk has to be handle by the appointing authority
