Description
The ally where Rosedale meets Lanvale is a highly trafficked road that was once a nice paved asphalt. Within the past few years dirt and gravel has spread over the road creating potholes and severe drainage issues. Specifically there was a sewer drain in the middle of the ally that has since been covered up by dirt.This has caused flooding in this ally but also now leads to flooding and water damage in the backyards of Oakdale residents.Refer to google maps images to confirm sewer drain location
