Description
Trees limbs are blocking visibilty of stop sign at intersection at Cumberland and Laurel. This is a dangerous intersection with low visibility due cars parked close to intersection and tree limbs are now obscuring stop sign as you approach. Cars drive at excessive speeds and frequently run stop sign. Some attention needs to be paid to this site. Pedestrian and vehicular traffic are all at risk. I know you are busy but would appreciate some action here.
