Description
No parking zones and signs are needed proximate to the pedestrian crossings around the entirety of the traffic circle at N 25th St and Jefferson Ave. There are few or no signs already and existing zones are not enforced. Car parking right next to the crossing means that neither pedestrians nor drivers can see each other. It would be even better to provide bump outs to further increase visibility and also slow traffic coming into the circle.
