Description

RUSK AVE IS A CUT THROUGH FROM WALMSLEY BLVD. WE NOW HAVE MORE KIDS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. MORE CARS ARE SPEEDING THROUGH AND OF COURSE NO SIDEWALKS FOR KIDS. KIDS WALK HOME FROM SCHOOL AND CARS DON'T SLOW DOWN FOR THEM OR BIKE RIDERS.
