If the belief is that the vehicle/trailer is abandoned, Richmond Police ask that Citizens report abandoned, inoperable or improperly tagged vehicles ON CITY STREETS by contacting Non-Emergency Police at 804 646-5100. Abandoned, inoperable or improperly tagged vehicles located on someone's PRIVATE PROPERTY should be reported to Code Enforcement using Report Abandoned Vehicles on Private Property.
