Description
This light should have a steady green left turn signal instead of the flashing yellow. The flashing yellow at Forest Hill & Melbourne changes at the same time as this light; it does not offset the signal at Forest Hill & Hathaway. Cars turning left here are driving home. With the new Sheetz opening at the Stratford Hills Shopping Center, traffic driving in the opposite direction is increasing steadily. This area is becoming a very high accident risk area.
