Description

The citizen is reporting that grass in the Libby Hill Park needs to be maintained. Also when the grass is cut, please trim the brush that is located by the steps and railings. There was a rat seen in the field while the citizen was walking. She could also smell a dead animal, but could not see it, as the grass was so high.
