Description
There needs to be some sort of flashing or more prominent signage at the crosswalk at intersection of Garland and Brookland Park. I witnessed a woman with a baby/stroller almost run over because cars did not even attempt to slow down or stop. Only a matter of time until someone gets seriously hurt here.
