Description
Caller is concerned about a COR tree that is half dead and is dropping large branches; caller is concerned that the falling limbs will damage vehicles. There's alot of dead branches up in the tree that still need to fall and caller is constantly picking them up. The tree needs to be cut down and not just pruned.
