- Staff · January 31, 2024The Department of Public Works (DPW) must perform engineering studies in accordance with the Federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) before installing an all-way stop. All all-way stops must meet the warrants in the MUTCD. The intersection of Wentbridge Rd and Loxley Rd does not meet the traffic requirements for an all-way stop. DPW can make traffic control changes at the intersection. This would result in installing stop signs on Wentbridge and removing the Yield signs on Loxley. This should help with speeding and cut-through traffic concerns on Wentbridge. Support from the neighborhood and City Council Rep is needed before DPW will make the signing changes.
