Description

The lack of paving to the sidewalk or gutter. Area was filled in with gravel. Gravel has been washed out to the corner of Somerset and Howard causing uneven walking surface, injuries, damage to car wheels and an ugly mess. Howard road needs to be paved to the gutters and sidewalks. It's a hazard and an eyesore. Utility covers are exposed by 4-5 inches and being run over by cars. Numerous neighbors on Howard Ave have sent in complaints and requests for service. Street cleaners just pass it by.
