Description

Hello, This is the fifth time I've gotten in touch with the city about this issue. I've sent DM's to the rva.gov Instagram, sent emails, and made phone calls. We have a consistent and serious health hazard in the colomombard alleyway behind 8 S. Plum Street. Please send personnel to address it in whatever way you see possible. Trash is picked up, and the next day it turns into a dumping ground again. PLEASE HELP.
