Description
Many of the super cans (trash and recycling) in our alley are cracked open or missing lids. This results in trash falling out, and mosquitoes etc breeding in the cans. Cans should be present for 2410, 2412, and 2414 (4 total) but there are only 3. 1 can (with front bars) appears to belong to someone else.
