Description

Tree needs pruning. It is on top of a tree in my front yard and is hanging on neighbor's property and blocking the sidewalk (hanging low) and roots are raising sidewalk bricks...I have watched several pedestrians trip over them. ALSO, there is a large branch that is broken and hanging over the street where people park.
