Description

There is a city tree on the side of property (on Moss Side Avenue near alley access) with dead branches, one is low enough touch personal property (fence) and is hanging over backyard. Several branches have fallen/needed to be pulled down to avoid damage. Additionally, branches are making way into driving area of street (not blocking street but cars parking or driving under hit tree limbs). Requesting removal of dead branches particularly the one overhanging backyard.
