Description
A previous issue was recently closed after not properly being corrected (DPW108375) — was told by Allen Hampton, the citizen response operations mgr that the project would be completed before July of this year. It was not completed, instead the issue was closed and the area was masked with caution tape. The sidewalk’s condition is an active emergency safety issue and poses significant risk for the city due to the fact that it’s no longer accessible, nor ADA compliant — hasn’t been for months.
