Description
Ever since the new apartment complex opened up people have been driving dangerously and recklessly through our neighborhood to pull into the apartment complex parking lot. Tonight there were several cars just speeding around and doing donuts in the parking lot. I think this neighborhood and area needs speed control desperately as we have children, elderly people and animals outside that could be hurt by speeding. I have footage of the cars speeding if necessary.
