Description

I am 75 years old and I am in fear when I get out of my car when cars are speeding. A speed trap or speed hump should be placed all throughout Halifax Avenue including the block of 2100 where I live and by the park where kids go to. I seen three accidents, including one car speeding by scraping the rear side of my car. Please take this situation seriously.
