Description
The city’s decorative plantings under the cherry tree at the Police Memorial Way entrance to Byrd Park obscure drivers’ vision of traffic coming from the Carillon area toward Arthur Ashe Blvd. Police Memorial Way is a major exit from the park but drivers turning right toward AA Blvd. have to pull out clear to the white line at the edge of Blanton to see.
