Description

We have been complaining and submitting orders almost a year now. Responses are saying they have been completed and have not been. The City of Richmond is paying "contractors" for work that has not been completed. The City of Richmonds FAILURE is causing alignment problems with our vehicles. This is the last ticket submitted for this area - next complaint will go to the Mayor.
