Description

Due to the steep grade of this portion of Southcliff Road many drivers significantly speed as they approach Riverside Dr, particularly during morning rush hour. The lack of sidewalks on Southcliff Road and the fact that people use this street to reach James River Park on foot or bike makes this even more dangerous. A lower speed limit and traffic calming measures would be welcome here.
