Description
Clay erosion from baseball field is covering sidewalk and creating a blocked sidewalk for those in wheelchairs and when wet, has led to serious falls and injury. Several inches of clay has built up over the last 15 years of neglect. The erosion on the field and the subsequent sidewalk needs to be dealt with
