Nothing blocking street, and there is no sidewalk along this stretch of Park frontage, which measured some 600 feet by pedometer. There is grass and weeds growing, but not overgrown - there is very little over 12". If this were a private-property complaint I would NVO it. Will call complainant.

Mr. Hopkins says they mowed a strip along Crutchfield last time the sports field across the street was mowed. Which explains why it looks compliant. He still wants to trim the very edge of curb, so it's worth a follow-up.
