Description

Hull St has no traffic control signs or lights at 5th St making it very difficult to cross in both vehicles and on foot. Pedestrians have no designated crosswalks on the street and nothing to stop cars to allow for crossing. There are many businesses and apartments here and this should be a walkable intersection.
