Sidewalk is sloped and retains water on the side of her property on Tilden St. Water is pooling in her home a causing issues. Reuqsting to repair the slope to allwo the water to drain into the street

the side walk at 3300 Monument Ave (corner of Monument and Tilden) needs to be leveled to prevent further water damage to my kitchen floor. The leveling work needs to be done on the Tilden Street side of my home.

Location has been inspected on 7/8/2023. 5x45 feet of damaged concrete sidewalk due by tree roots. Located on Tilden side of home, sidewalk is rising 2-6 inches causing some blocks to be draining water back into house. Repair will be conducted according to rating system and safety concerns.
