Caller is Ms. Hanson she states their supercan was damaged and the trash collector's picked it up. They didn't know that they were responsible for reporting that the trash collector's took their supercan.... Caller states they have gone about a good ten years straight without any issues with their trash pick up or supercans and now the experience has turned to a bad experience. Caller wants to check the status of receiving the replacement supercan; and most importantly caller has about 5 bags of trash that is still sitting out that wasn't picked up today and the concern is that animals will be getting in the bags and they was told that the trash collectors would pick up the bags until they reicive the replacement supercan. (called Refuse for status and to advise of missed trash collecction no answer will email the Refuse Deptmt/Sup caller advised.
