Description
The big oak by the street has been losing large branches over several months. Many are high up and have fallen in our yard and on the street where cars park. The branch in the photos fell on June 27, almost hitting a contractor standing by his truck! Last year, two even larger branches fell—one in our yard as guests left and another in the street just after the 43rd St. Art Festival. The tree seems healthy, but in need of trimming. There are wires close, but not actually through the tree.
