Description
For the last two years, I’ve noticed that every single trash collection day yields a new variety of filth that engulfs the entirety of my street. I’ve had nails get stuck in my shoes and my car tires and had to pickup nails and screws off the street so that other vehicles do not suffer the same fate. I constantly have to keep my dogs from walking through one of the several puddles of ooze that fester in the sun with a putrid stench. This is unacceptable, and it is a hazard to my community.
