Description
When the garbage collection turns down my alley it often bumps into my shed and has caused property damage.The city garbage truck has uprooted a cement pole that is meant to prevent this issue. Also, the gravel alley behind & next to my property has a large amount of gravel missing that creates a massive cesspool everytime that it rains.
