Description
The Carylombmainplum-C alley entrance from South Plum street between Main and Cary has deteriorated significantly. The asphalt adjacent to the pavers in the sidewalk/alley entrance is the main concern. The pothole collects significant rain water and obstructs more than half of the alley entrance, slowing the process of cars entering/exiting the alley from Plum.
