Description
When he went on Spring Break, his 2nd can was removed he believes due to damage. He originally had placed request DPW0001384174 (CW - 498066). when he spoke with someone at City Hall prior to being transferred to RVA311 he was advised that the $55 would be waived, if that is not the case please call to advise
