Description

Caller states there's a tree that has fallen in the alley he states he has called before and the COR came out and trimmed the tree before. He was advised the COR doesn't have trees in the alley. So he thinks it's a COR tree that has fallen. The tree is blocking the alley. The tree fell from the storm.
