Violation found at 2606 1/3 Walmsley Blvd. This ditch is not maintained by the City of Richmond. It is the landowners responsibly, per City ordinance 11-105. to maintain from the middle of the street to the middle of the alley way. A notice will be mailed out/posted for the owner requesting abatement. 7/19
