Description
The alley behind Concord ave, btwn Concord and Yorktown is badly overgrown. There are highly aggressive invasive non native destructive plants that threaten to encroach into private property - Chinese whisteria, kudzu!, bamboo, English ivy, highly toxic poisonous hemlock, Foxtail grass. Property owners don't have the resources to battle these. This alley also serves as access to the new designated Broad Rock Run Park, an ARCA park. The walking trail in field to north is completely impassible.
