Description
The can that is damaged and turned upside down has a broken wheel. It was already at the property when the citizen moved in. He paid for another can that is on the property.55.00 He does not feel that he should have to pay for 2 cans 55+55. The original property can needs to be replaced. He had a prior request, but the can was not delivered.
