Description

Address is 2629 Semmes Ave but problem is on 27th Street, the side street adjacent to that address. Sidewalks are completely cracked, broken up with pieces missing and may cause a tripping hazard.

    Location has been inspected on 7/9/2023. 5x135 feet of damaged concrete sidewalk. Problem is located on W 27th Street side of home. Sidewalk is rising 2-4 inches and caving in. Repair will be conducted according to rating system and safety concerns.
