Description

The large willow oak in the tree well at 2816 Ellwood ave. is starting to decline, more than 1/3 of the canopy is dying and did not leaf out this year or last, and it is dropping large limbs regularly. The decline has rapidly increased in the past two years, I would like the tree to be assessed by a city arborist for possible removal and replacement. (the tree has shaded our property and we love the tree, but feel that it is starting to become more and more a liability)
