- Staff · February 15, 2024DMV has one reported pedestrian crash at the Monument and Thompson intersection between 1.1.15 and 2.8.24 The requestor mentions on the “north side pole”. So for the north leg we have the following pedestrians using the crosswalk: AM = 6 MID = 2 PM = 19 Given the crash history and minimum number of pedestrians using the crosswalks ‘Yield to pedestrian’ sign for the north leg isn't needed. Pedestrian signal indicators and ladder bar crosswalks are provided now. existing ‘yield to pedestrians in crosswalk’ for the west crosswalk on Monument.
