Description
Roots from growing tree have lifted the concrete sidewalk slab so that it is next to impossible to roll a stroller down the sidewalk. The sidewalk is so bad that it is difficult to walk down the sidewalk. A recent tenant, living in 1812 Maddox St who used a wheel chair was not able to navigate the side walk and had access the street by going to the alley.
