Description

In the back yard along the fence line the grass and weeds are over five feet I've seen a big rat running in the vegetation I can see what's on the other side of the fence it's dangerous that I can't see druggie in the alleyway because grass has grown so high please its in the back yard along the fence now a disabled vehicle is back there and at the back of the fence vegetation is not being maintained
