Description

It's been removed off of the pole and people are parking here and behind it (this one is spray painted), another report filed. This is causing issues getting in and out of our neighborhood at the Townes at Cary Place but it is also causing traffic flow issues coming from both W Cary & Parkwood down Allen Ave.
