Description

It's been spray painted over and people are parking here and in front of it, where the other sign is now missing - another report to be filed. This is causing issues getting in and out of our neighborhood at the Townes at Cary Place but it is also causing traffic flow issues coming from both W Cary & Parkwood down Allen Ave.
