Description

Pavement failure over a failed culvert - previously reported, however, the settlement has increased significantly since first reported on June 1. I witnessed a cyclist hit this void and crash Sunday morning. He shredded a knee and elbow, and damaged his bike. While helping him another cyclist hit the same settlement and almost crashed as well. This repair needs to elevated to an emergency repair before a cyclist is seriously injured.
